In October of 2008, we had belt promotions, where family and friends were invited to come see the last part of promtions for some of our students. It's a fun and exciting day for all. For family it's a time to see how much their family member has improved since the last time, they saw a workout. For the student it's a time to show off what they have learned and have come up with on their own.

The student has a series of higher belt students and Masters workout with them for a couple of minutes each, one right after the other. This brings out the nuts and bolts of what they have learned.
